Masterlist of Alternatives

This post organizes links to alternatives. Some of these may be alternatives to conventional times, customs, methods, expectations, etc. about making and maintaining goals or resolutions that suggest different approaches to accomplishing what you want. Some will be alternatives TO setting goals or resolutions, because that doesn't work for everyone, as well as things like coping with pressure or answering dumb questions.
