brainstorming post!

Inspired by the 20 for 2025 post, I thought I'd start a brainstorming thread! If you have goals/resolutions/hopes you want to share or if you need a little help coming up with ideas, please comment here.

I've already got my goal list for 2025, but if I see something shiny, I might add to it.

Things that people could do as a list of 20 or 25:

* new ingredients to try cooking with
* new recipes to make at home
* new dishes to sample at a restaurant
* houseplants to growing
* garden or yard plants to grow
* songs to sing or play
* poetic forms to write
* different plot shapes to write
* places to visit
* yoga poses to explore
* new games to play

I know several people who are learning a second language on duo-lingo or other app and they are committing to a lesson a day or something else very attainable.
Some self-care ones are:
-- drink enough water
-- get enough sleep
-- brush your hair and your teeth every day (it does make you feel better)
-- swap a "bad" for "good" food at least once a week (like choose a fruit for a snack instead of a cookie)

All of these are on my "non-tracking" goals list (well, except the water tracking) because I pretty much do them as habits now. The water drinking is still hit or miss for me -- I consistently get 64oz, but at my size I really should be drinking about 100oz (and I'm thirsty, so I know I'm not drinking enough WATER). (No, I'm not diabetic or pre-diabetic, my A1C is in the 4 range.)
